What Happens Next?
You will not be expected to have everything figured out before reaching out. The first steps are designed to help PREP understand who you are, where you are in your journey, and what kind of support may be most useful.
Complete the Cultural Index Survey
You will be invited to complete a Cultural Index survey. This assessment helps identify your natural work style, communication preferences, and leadership traits, giving your mentor a stronger foundation for personalized guidance.
Complete Your Onboarding Consultation
You will participate in a 60- to 90-minute phone consultation to discuss your experiences, current priorities, and long-term goals. During this conversation, PREP will begin creating your personalized “PREP Jacket”—a planning folder that keeps important information, goals, resources, and next steps organized. After the consultation, PREP will use what it has learned to connect you with an appropriate mentor.
